Excellent for all weights & sizes of people because as weight increases in particular places of your body, the top and lower spring become engaged and resist excess indentation and spinal curvature causing lower and middle backaches. Great for lighter people as the mattress will "let them in" for comfortable support, whilst also delivering good support for a heavier sleeper. It also delivers exceptional uninterrupted sleep with 'no roll' and jiggling motions disturbing sleeping partners
